About
Founded in 2016 House of Pearls started with Malisa Tillman who was frustrated with the lack of needs for many young girls. Watching so many young girls struggling in my community without the support or resources they need I knew the visions God has given was for me to start this outreach to bring up a generation of woman who can connect with to help girls know there worth understanding there power and giving them hope for the future. I remember growing up in Louisiana my mom would keep me involved in any programs that were dealing with teaching me positive things. I had mentors at my church who spoke life into me the times where my parents didn’t understand what I was going through emotionally I found a safe place in my mentor programs, I wanted to give young girls the same opportunity and support I had at a young age. HOPA is a place where u can be your creative Authentic self without judgement but with love. Each individual is guided in a path that will prepare for a successful future with the proper resources and support.
Mission
Our Mission is to transform the hearts and minds of girls to become purpose driven women, through empowerment that will enhance their self-esteem which will inspire them to recognize and embrace their natural qualities of being beautiful, unique, smart, confident, determined, and powerful. We will enhance their quality of life through mentorship, arts, and education.
Our Values
Our Vision is to support and create a generation of girls and young women, who are confident by equipping them with tools to maintain healthy relationships, make positive decisions and being responsible, and exhibit good behavior. So that each individual knows that she is beautiful, bold, smart and created in excellence to achieve anything she puts her mind to.
Our Founder
Malisa Tillman born and raised in New Iberia LA I’m my mother's first daughter but second child, I lived in Louisiana up until high school I relocated to Texas Malisa has own a Dance School taught as a Dance instructor teaching a variety of Different Dance style where she was able to mentor and traveling dancing with the youth. Malisa is known by most for Dancing in many Churches she has gone viral 2 million views worshiping God, Malisa has worked in Mental Health as a Mental Health Specialist for 6 years working with women youth and groups sessions. Malisa has a strong vision to reach as many young girls as she can to let them know that God loves them so they can see themselves how God see them to build their self-esteem.

I’m a great mother to two kids when I had my daughter who is 11 I would call her my pearl because she was the greatest most precious gift God gave to me just like a Pearl is formed through a lot of complications but becomes a beautiful piece that’s how I look at young girls I’m always praying for them without even knowing them. I just want young girls and woman to see How GREAT AND AMAZING THEY Are and to never settle
